CapturedArea$() documentation conflict

Postby Betty on Fri Sep 27, 2013 8:52 am

WINTASK 4.0 documentation says CapturedArea$ wants five arguments

A$=CaptureArea$(<window_name>, <#2>, <#3>, <#4>, <#5>)
A$=CaptureArea$(<window_name>, <x>, <y>, <height>, <width>)

However will not compile without six:

A$=CaptureArea$(<window_name>, <#2>, <#3>, <#4>, <#5>, <#6>)

It's due to <window_name> parameter which includes 2 values delimited by a comma. First part is the name of the window so a string, second part is the instance number of the window, so an integer.

In the documentation, it is said that the instance number is compulsory. It allows to capture an area in the second instance of notepad (for example) if you have launched notepad twice.
