SendEmail syntax

Postby Kerm on Wed Sep 26, 2012 2:12 pm

I’m trying to send an email with attachment, but so far I’m unsuccessful unless I specify the attachment without “spaces” in the path.

My code looks like this:
…….

attach1$=file_path$+".txt"
SendEmail("monitor@ttt.com","monitor@uuu.com","Script failed: "+script$+".src","See attacchments for more info:",chr$(34)+attach1$+chr$(34))

I do receive the mail but there is no attachment. What am I missing?

Hello,

You must not put the chr$(34), so the correct syntax is:
SendEmail("monitor@ttt.com","monitor@uuu.com","Script failed: "+script$+".src","See attacchments for more info:",attach1$)

Regards.
